BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — West Herr announced Monday that it has acquired Towne Automotive Group’s BMW, Audi, Volkswagen and MINI dealerships, as well as Towne’s Northern Collision Center.
Starting Thursday, January 12th, four retail outlets will open and bear the West Herr name.
Scott Bieler, President and CEO of West Herr Automotive Group, said:

West Herr said the four dealerships will operate from their current facility, with the MINI dealership eventually relocating to a building near Acura on Transit Road in Williamsville.
With this acquisition, West Herr will own and operate 27 outlets in the Buffalo market. They intend to keep “almost all” of the 166 employees working at each facility.
