Before you leave, make sure your macro elements are as full as possible.
to the jeep
The first step in your journey is to a jeep that crashed at 44 degrees west longitude and 17 degrees south latitude. To get there, you’ll need to follow the road past an abandoned tribal village and go through a stone door.
There are many opportunities to find useful things in this area. Take advantage of the opportunity while you can. But don’t worry too much about taking everything home. You can always come back here later.
After going through the stone doorway, turn right into this canyon.
Head north and try to keep heading north as long as possible.
Before I knew it, I was on the road. This is a sign that you are getting closer.
How to get Weapon Rack Blueprints at Tribesman Camps
You can head straight to the jeep, but there’s a good chance you’ll attack the tribesman’s camp. This will unlock some new stuff.
The Tribesmen’s Camp is located at 47W, 17S. You can get pretty close to it without attacking the tribesmen, so it’s possible to use it as a waypoint without fighting.
If you choose to avoid the Tribesmen’s Camp, skip to the next section. If you choose to fight (and unlock some new Blueprints), continue reading this section.
Continue north past this road until you see this large rock.
Go right on the rock and turn slightly left (north).
Keep the cliff wall to your left. In seconds, you hear the tribesmen singing and see a native camp behind some trees.
Approach the camp slowly and quietly. There should be about 3 tribesmen.
You should be able to get pretty close before anyone notices.
Shoot down enemies with a bow. Be sure to restore arrows from death. Human flesh can be obtained from tribesmen, but it is highly recommended not to eat it. Inflicts a severe Sanity penalty.
In the center of the Tribesmen’s Camp are prizes:
This is a weapon rack. It can be used to store weapons and tools without rotting on the ground.
48W, 18S to return to the large boulder that bypassed the tribesmen’s camp.
follow the jeep
When you reach this big rock, turn straight right and follow the river.
Head north from here to find a tribesman encampment, so don’t go there if you don’t want to fight.
The next waypoint is this log bridge over the river.
Head straight east until you encounter a dirt road.
The road looks like this.
Follow this road north and east.
The path is not perfect and is occasionally blocked by logs etc., but eventually you can find the next point.
Go straight and turn left after passing a large rock on your left.
If you keep going north, you’ll eventually see the road again.
Follow the path from here. Most of the time you’re heading straight north, so you’re unlikely to miss your target.
Coming soon to the jeep!
The Jeep has some prepackaged foods that don’t spoil.
There is a fuel can under the jeep. pick it up.
This fuel can is needed to progress to the next stage of the grappling hook’s journey.
Next to the fuel can is a bidon.
The Bidon is a metal water bottle that holds 100 water instead of 40 like the Coconut Bidon. This is a great addition to your equipment.
Once you’ve got your fuel cans, bidons, and food (if you want it now), it’s time to move on to the next objective, the elevator.
Take the elevator east
Elevators are the next stage in our journey. Mostly east and a little south.
Jump onto the destroyed bridge and face east.
Head straight east. You should be able to follow the trail for a while.
You’ll soon come across this rock arch:
keep moving forward. Be careful not to fall off the left cliff.
A few steps up the arch you’ll come across this fallen log.
Use this log as a marker and follow straight ahead.
The next waypoint is this rock.
There is a cave to the left of this rock.
Go straight through the cave and there will be an elevator on the other side. There are poisonous scorpions here, so keep your eyes on the ground and move slowly. Be careful not to get the poison debuff.
Operate the generator to use the fuel can and start it. Get off the elevator.
illegal gold mine
A rough wooden path continues ahead. Head straight north and you’ll come across an illegal gold mine. It’s pretty big, so it’s unlikely you’ll miss it.
The small wooden hut on the right is a stairway leading to the ramshackle complex of buildings below.
grappling hook location green hell
the grappling hook green hell 40W, 14S illegal gold mining.
Head inside this building.
Look left when you enter.
The grappling hook is on the bench.
You can save the game by manipulating the calendar in the same building. In addition, there is a lot of food here. Loot what you can from every building in the illegal gold mine. Don’t worry if you can’t carry everything. You can always come back later.
In particular, be sure to pick up the pain relievers in the wooden medicine cabinet in the first building. Painkillers are one of the best drugs in the game. Can reduce food poisoning, poison and fever. You can’t create them – you can only find them.
Now there is one more item worth noting.
gold sack location green hell
gold sack green hell 40W, 15S in illegal gold mining. It’s in the same room as the grappling hook.
Don’t pick up the Gold Sack yet. There is an achievement called “Greedy” that requires you to carry a gold sack with you until the end of the game. Gold Sacks cannot be placed in the Warehouse. So basically you have to lose a bit of space in your bag as soon as you pick up the rest of the game.
If you want to explore it, you can also head northeast and find a mass grave for additional conversation.
There are now tons of fun new stuff like grappling hooks, bidons, and maybe gold sacks (if you decide to take them).
Well, it’s time to go home. Rather than going point by point, it’s easiest to just reverse the previous steps.
- Go back to the elevator.
- Go back through the cave at the top of the elevator. (Watch out for scorpions!)
- After exiting the cave, turn right. Head uphill and return to the 42W, 17S stone archway.
- Continue southwest until you reach a log bridge at 48 degrees west longitude and 27 degrees south latitude.
- Cross the log bridge and head south while looking at the cliffs on your left. Finally, return to the stone door. From there, you can go home.
Go home and put away all your newly acquired goodies. When you’re ready, you can move on to another interesting location: Lambda 2!
How to access lambda 2 green hell
I have access to Lambda 2 green hell Once you get a grappling hook from an illegal gold mine.
Head to the log bridge away from the starting area and turn right.
Head northeast with the cliff on your right.
Eventually, at 43 degrees west longitude and 27 degrees south latitude, you encounter a river and steep cliffs below.
Carefully descend the cliffs and follow the river.
You will soon come across a log bridge and there is a 44W, 25S right way back to land.
East from here.
After a while, you come across a 42W, 25S hanging log. Now use the grappling hook.
Walk up to the overhanging log (called “The Climbing Place”). You will be prompted to use the grappling hook. With it you will know that you are at the top.
Go straight (southeast) and you’ll come across a stone circle with a ritual vessel. Here is lambda 2.
The altar has an obsidian blade and some supplies. In the west there are leaf beds that can be used for sleeping if needed, as well as some coconut bowls.
Head further southeast and you’ll come across a familiar location.
Another “OT” Shimen is at 40W, 27S. To continue the story, you’ll need to do another Ayahuasca Trip.
